Time to "Move It, Move It!"
For 4 weeks, starting Monday, June 30th and ending on Friday, July 25th participate in physical activity of your choice for 30 minutes, at least 4 days a week.

Download your tracker HERE (printed trackers are also in the kitchen and Plotter room) to log your activity. At the end of the challenge turn your tracker into Pam. This challenge counts as a company activity for your Wellness Scorecard and gets you one step closer to $200!
